OUR APPROACH

Common Sense and Compassionate Initial Listening

We first seek to listen to a patient or family member to find out how we might help them. We also seek to understand who has Healthcare Power of Attorney and who on a family team are the key family members involved in helping a specific patient.
We do not provide medical or legal advice. We seek to understand what the issues are and what the concerns are of the patient and trusted family members.
